Music videos around the world are intended for children's entertainment. But one of the potent means used by the Palestinian Authority [PA] to indoctrinate children to hate Israelis is the repeated broadcasting on Palestinian TV of hate-filled Music Videos, depicting Israelis as murderers, especially of children and the elderly.

Despite vows by Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas to remove incitement to hatred and violence against Israel from official Palestinian television, the incitement to hatred continues. A cultural program broadcast this week (March 2005) features a song accusing Israel of torturing, mutilating and killing Palestinians in the name of God.

In the program, a woman dances to music, whose lyrics accuse Israel of heinous crimes against the Palestinians:

In your name, my God, they tortured me
In your name, my God, they banished me
In your name they exterminated…
In blood they drowned us

This hate promotion is creating a generation of children who are filled with hatred for Israelis, and who see killing Israelis as legitimate because they are convinced that Israel is also targeting civilians. The more this hate promotion continues, the more entrenched the Palestinian children's hatred becomes, and the bleaker the prospects for peace in the next generation.
